Named incorrectly due to the first track throwing all the rest off, but this is a great show! The sound is perfect .... Andrew and Martin are just ON. Those tracks I listed are my favorite versions of those particular songs. Scythian Empires .. the intro... I'm very glad he 'messed up' and started over. Could listen to that as a song in itself. Simply wow. #5, 13, 14, 16 are AMAZING!! This show, however, does that subtlety justice: for archive users who have listened to the best available Bird concerts (live at Schuba's, studio Lenoir, Paradiso etc), this is a noteworthy addition to the collection. The added effects to even older songs like "Imitosis" increase their expressive potency, while tracks like "Scythian Empire" are unquestionably powerful and relevant in our current political and cultural climate. The great part is that you can still hear the crowd a bit but the music doesn't suffer. Great setlist too.
